The tax benefits are enormous.  Puerto Rico's Act 20 provides a 0 percent tax on dividends and capital gains for individuals, 4 percent corporate tax for businesses exporting services from Puerto Rico and, if you are a private equity fund, 100 percent tax exemption on capital gains and 10 percent tax rate on dividends and interests.  GOOOOO PUERTO RICO!!!!!!!!
